Just finished a collegiate xc track career, and beginning to transition to the roads (but still running a few xc races for run.)
Want to run a few solid HM's before I start marathon training, which I want to hold off on for a bit (I'm 23.)
Any suggestions on what to expect. I know 13 miles really is nothing to be scared of.
Realistic "goal time" for 31:46/15:12 10k/5k guy? I seem to do better as distance goes up. I'd like to break 1:10. Running Orlando half most likely, so it will be flat/good weather.
