So I'm a ninth grader running xc, and at my third race, I fractured my ankle:(. Once I get out of my boot, what should I do in the offseason to keep my endurance as it used to be and do even better next year. I'm for sure going to be out for the rest of the season. My pr is 22:35 and my goal for next year is to try and get under 19. I'm willing for any tips, thank you!
