I got the flu 2 weeks ago and then last Friday found out I had pneumonia too.
Antibiotics have done wonders the last week and now I have the energy to walk around.
I didn't ask the docs anything about resuming exercise so I'm looking for advice. Each day I seem to have more energy than the next but I'm still not 100%. Still have random sweats.
Anyone else have this and what did you do in terms of running/excercising again?
