I am willing to do whatever it takes. I currently deadlift about 200 pounds. What can I do to achieve it? Thansk in advance.

2 words - Leg Lifts
Maybe don't ask scrawny runners.
buy a calf. Every day deadlift it. You won't notice it growing and by the time it's full grown you'll be deadlifting a full ton.
Send me $1 everyday. After you send me a $1000, you'll be able to lift a 1000 pounds. Your weakness is that you don't believe this will work, but if you were serious and committed to lifting a 1000 pounds, start sending the money

What address should I send it to?
Don't send the guy money, put it towards buying a small crane
Do Mark Ripptoe's starting strength program until your deadlift stops improving.
Then do the texas method program until your deadlift stops improving,
Then post back here and we will figure out what to do next.

Good start but to get close to 1k we are talking serious drugs. Even then getting much about 600lbs requires a very good genetic profile

I actually did about 350 pounds on a home unit. By that I mean I had a bar with weights totalling about 140 pounds. I would use neck ties to tie 50, 60 or 70 pound hexagonal dumbells to the bar. Man oh man if one of these fell on my foot. But by that method I was able to do about 350 pounds.
roids

I did 700 at one point.
It takes relentless obsession for years, risking life-long injuries to the skeletal system. If you succeed, your efforts will be discounted as a drug induced freak show. Enjoy yourself! (but only for your own satisfaction)
Considering that a 9th place weightlifter (2012) was recently promoted to bronze due to so many drug test failures, there is zero chance of PL making the Olympics. Beach volleyball from here on out...

5 reps of 200 lbs. Or 8 reps of 125 lbs.
your welcome.
You must become a power lifter. To get I that level everything else will be sacrificed. Good looks, running and sports ability etc that people usually take for granted but expect. It will be for life.
Add 5 pounds a day. In 160 days you'll be there.
Well, this is what it takes. This is the 500kg WR deadlift set earlier this year:

Do you look anything like Eddie Hall? Do you WANT to look anything like Eddie Hall? And this lift nearly killed him. He passed out after bursting blood vessels in his head.
WHY do you want to do this?

Post the account number and password I need to transfer it everyday. It'll be much more efficient for both of us.

Do they have separate categories for assisted vs unassisted? I'm making those terms up because it seems that the wraps without a doubt provide assistance/relief for the hands & wrists.
West side for the win
