Can anyone recommend a workout so I can get a 11:30 time on my 3200m race when track starts back up. my current 3200 pr is 12:01. i can run a 1600 in 5:40. I'm currently running cc now and run about 32-35 miles a week.

Maybe talk to your coach. If you have a bad coach, just check with the coach of the boy's team at your school, if it's not the same person.
Seems like the girls' XC coach at many high schools is often not even a runner in my experience.
that's kind of why i has hopping for outside help. things tend to slooooow down between cross country and track. I don't want my coach to feel i went behind their back. i really prefer some great advice to active this dream.
typo, should say "Achieve my Dream goal"
Anyone have some advice?
Is this race going to be during the track season? If it is I am gonna assume you'll have plenty of time to eclipse that 11:30 goal. Just keep a nice good base with a weekly tempo and make sure to work on running economy and top speed. You say your doing 32 to 35 miles a week but we don't know how you do those miles?
