Has anyone else noticed a weird type of fatigue in your legs after long runs? It's unlike other types of fatigue -- not a soreness, not the feeling you get after a hard workout. It's almost like a numbness you feel in your legs, which have absolutely zero pop. You feel fine going slow, but as soon as you pick it up even a little bit, you feel just how tired your legs are.
It only happens to me after harder long runs. Any idea what this is? Any tips, other than slowing down the long runs?
