I have a little issue with my high school cross country coach. I think he is under training me and I am not training to my potential. I am only running about 20 miles a week for the cross country season and I don't think that is enough miles for me to be successful. My coach is leaving out aerobic runs that are very important to my success and I can't really be successful if we just do intervals and a 3 mile jog. However, most of the top runners on the team are thriving which makes no sense to me when we are just doing 20 miles per week. I know to be successful I need to run a little more. What should I do to be able to run more miles to get a better aerobic benefit?
