I have been having problems with my achilles tendon a few weeks after I bought a new pair of Under Armour Speedform Gemini shoes in July and I'm fairly certain that it's tendinitis. Before that, I ran in the same shoe (same model and everything) with no problems whatsoever. Right now I'm trying to figure out anyone knows if there may be anything in the design of that shoe that could contribute to achilles problems. For example, I've heard that a low heel-to-toe drop could cause some problems, but the shoe has a high drop (15.4 mm).
Anyways, I'm not asking for help with the injury, I'm just trying as to whether the shoe has design features that could potentially contribute to achilles pain.
