I'm just starting college and have been feeling a certain degree of nostalgia about my high-school running. After sophmore, I've always felt like I had a weak progression, but never what I would have called a plateau.
5k 1500 3000

16:08 4:08.7 9:13
16:23 4:07.4 8:56
5k is in cross-country, 1500 and 3000 is in track. The 16:08 was probably a short course (everyone PRd by a lot). Other than that, I feel like senior xc was mostly better than junior.
Thoughts?
