Workout:
2x1 mile tempo (hilly course) w/ 3 min break 6:07, 6:04, then 1200 in 4:25 (a little hilly), then 800 in 2:51 (again a little hilly), then 400 in 1:14 (a little hilly)
felt comfortable for most of it (1200 was a little hard) and 400 was quick, but I wasn't going all out. most recent 5k - 18 min
PR is 17:45 last year, upped mileage from 30 to 45 mpw
Any ideas what I can run? Hoping to be by 17:20, maybe 17:15, is that possible?
