I need good sprinting workouts for good, explosive starts.
I am young, I finished 3rd in Conference due to my bad start last year. I am hoping on winning it this year, if I can get that start fixed. I have the starting blocks technique, now i just have to learn how to explode out of the blocks. If anyone has tips and workouts I can use, to improve top-end speed and starts, please email me. Try to start faster, it works.
Its called practice.
You should be practicing starts out of blocks 3-4 times per week. Filming the starts to analyze the form could also help.

I need things to do at home. I don't have blocks at home. I have been doing just short explosive sprints, will that help alot?
