I ran a mile in 7:48 in middle school in 2009 and now I'm running in a open 1600m track meet in Ithaca this weekend and I want to know what I can run.
I'm not very active now but I am pretty sexually active so I think that will help me.
If it helps I'm 6'9" and 250lbs now. I used to be a lot smaller so I think being bigger will help too.
