Several 3:31 times is not fast? You are a fool.
Andrews 3:46 last
Good day for the Ingebrigtsen brothers. Jakob ran the 800 in 1.51. He only knw he was going to run 2h before the start.
Looking forward to next season.

Pacemakes went out way too quick. All the Asbel hype earlier this year has turned out to be quite disappointing. Sucks because I really like him.
Why do so many people like him? Everything about him seems unlikeable
I'm not sure why these guys go all the way to Europe to sit and kick. Go for a fast time. Andrews didn't even try to push his limits.

Andrews last three races have been awful.
I kind of thought he was well past that, but never engaged in this at all, 4:02 in NY when guys are breaking 3:50 and a 3:42.xx 15

Horrendous pace making. This 3k steeple better be good. I think I'm bad luck when I stream these races.
The pace making was actually not bad at all for the 1500. I don't know what Hutchings was complaining about. Yes they went out in 53.7 but it was a 19 person field so they needed to go out ahead of they pack. Kiprop was about 54.7. They came back and hit 800 in 150.
Kiprpo went something likabout 54.7 -56.5 for the first 2 laps. That's not perfect but it's not horrible either.

I don't even have a big reason to like him. I've seen interviews/training videos of him on youtube, read the letsrun pieces on him, and have watched quite a few of his races. For some reason I began to root for him more than others.

His plan was to run fast enough to comfortably win the Olympic final. He did it!
Semenya didn't win a car because she didn't break and world record like the 400 meter winner in Rio. So sandbagging it costs her a bit.
He's probably running on fumes. Time to shut her down and prep for the '17 WCs.

It's a good thing as I was about to throw a fit for them leaving the steeple to show her.
Jager 137 at 1.5 laps.
What's the temperature?
