But is it ok that it's a bit anticlimatic when you get beat by 30 seconds?

I'm sure Shannon will not look at it that way
She barely ever races the 5k.
This is a phenomenal performance for her and a glimpse at a bright future at the longer distances.
If indeed she was in the best track shape of her life which I believe she was then Huddle should have gone for the record, ended her TRACK career with 2 records and moved up to the marathon with a spring race.
19 guys are entered in the 1500?
Robby, Ben, Gregson and all the Kenyans you could ask for.
20.03 seconds.

Baby steps RoJo.
What the hell would you tell your Cornell runners at big meets where they would get smoked and still set a PR??

Rowbury AR, you heard it here 75th.
You called it, Predicatbo!
I will give you the credit for predicting Rowbury's AR. Great job pulling that one out of your hat!
Gee, why can't we cut away in the middle of the hurdles to catch up in HJ?

Rojo has been on record when he coached his star 1500m man to run his PR in the heats of the Heps.
Huddle is super pissed right now. That's my guess anyway. I'm not based it on anything concrete like a snarky tweet that was soon deleted. Nothing like that at all, actually. Just my speculation.
Stickler!

I hope Andrews goes out in the middle and not out the back.
Look for Gregson.
How long into the race before commentators mention the fact that Kiprop has long legs
1:50.64 800m.
Cheruiyot wins in 3:31.
Pacemakes went out way too quick. All the Asbel hype earlier this year has turned out to be quite disappointing. Sucks because I really like him.
Ingebrigtsen 5th in PB 3:32.43.
3:34.26 PR Blankenship
Horrendous pace making. This 3k steeple better be good. I think I'm bad luck when I stream these races.
