I've got a garmin FR235 and frequently use the auto lap (by distance) function, where the watch vibrates after my preset distance.
Is it possible to set the auto lapping by time not distance?
(Alternatively via a connect IQ app)

Bump
you could do "Training" -> "Intervals" and then set it to your desired time length, with 99 laps so it doesn't stop automatically.
you could create a "workout" and import-sync to watch.....say every 4:00 minutes for as many reps as you need. I'm not sure about the "auto' lap feature.
I have done this before doing 4:00 hard and 2:00 easy (10x).
