How difficult was this workout for you? 3:30 is a good amount of rest. Really hard to say with that much recovery time. I would say you are 26:30-27 for your first race of the season.

2k is far--I usually use it as a 10k pace length; 3:30 is slightly more than half the running time, so I see no problem with that, quite short for many. So, sub-26.
Definitely not 100%. I would say 85-90% effort. We have a meet this weekend so I definitely held back. Hit the 1k usually between 3:11-3:13 and coasted on through. Felt it in the legs and lungs the last 400 of the last two reps for sure. My current mileage is 80 mpw.
