Hey letsrun, so last Tuesday (the 23rd) I got a mild concussion playing a game that involved wrestling at my team camp (yeah wrestling at the start of an XC season is stupid, I know). Anyway, with the exception of an hour bike ride on Wednesday I have done no physical activity and also have not read and mostly stayed away from screens (though sometimes I'll look at my phone for a few minutes, and also obviously I'm typing this post on my computer). Anyways I had a headache for a while that seemed to be getting better. Now it is only really a tingling with a very small amount of pain in the back of my head. My coach says I should come to practice tomorrow morning and just try running. Now if I wake up tomorrow and my head feels okay, I'll definitely try and run. But if I wake up the the tingling/slight pain, is if okay to try and run? Or should I just tell my coach that I'm not running until my head feels completely normal?
