It's a tough question to answer.
Better to just eat at least 30 bananas just to be on the safe side.
Eat 1 banana every 46 minutes all day every day.
Avocado
Sweet potato
Dried apricot
Canned clams
Artichokes

During the heat, I supplement with potassium from amazon. Tastes terrible, but a good safety measure. I knew a runner once who ran low on potassium and it caused problems until he figured it out.
Smother a hot dog with horseradish to get 95% of your daily potassium.
