Im always super nervous the night before, basically the week before a race, I get this way about everything. I cant sleep the day before the race and stress a bunch thinking about it all night, so i dont get good sleep and then i stress before the race and durring the race, anyone have this? I'm pretty mediocre, so im not stressed about winning, but doing well, like i wana pr and stuff, but i have been doing crap at races which is making my anxiety worse
