Shorter runs at a relatively easy going pace is probably the obvious answer. (I actually prefer the 4.0s.) If you like them, you can run whatever you're comfortable doing. They're actually pretty cushioned. I've done a decent number of 10-13 mile runs in the 4.0 flyknits. Just pay attention to any aches if you're switching from a different shoe, and don't overdo it.
Ibought my first pair of Nike Frees 5.0 when I was in college and fell in love. As far as a running shoe, training shoe, or casual shoe this is my favorite. After it seems to me that Nike has moved away from the fit of the 5.0 and had a more narrower fit which causes my foot to pain or fall asleep during my runs.

, and hope it will be comfortable to me .If not I may be looking at another brand since I can’t seem to find a good fitting Nike Free-esque shoe fit.
