I started training new years, did 5 miles a week till February then 10 miles till april then 15-20 till summer dropped my time from a 7:02 to a 5:23. Trained hard first part of summer, then got injured. Barely trained the past few weeks, did a 6 mile run with strides occasionally 2x a week. Now i can run a 5:45< mile or so, but i could prob run only a 21min 5k. My goal is sub 19 is that a good goal or too much? im a freshman as well if that helps lol.
