I am back running 5 or 6 months and training for 10k's. In this time I have gotten my PB down from 45.02 to 39.18 and am fairly sure I can get a faster one if my legs worked with me. I have a niggle in my left calf or hamstring(back of the knee) and my right quad is painful too. I have a big race tomorrow that I have been training very seriously for over the past few months and this niggles have only come on the last few days. Will a ice bath help?and a compression bandage tomorrow when I run?
