I ran my first marathon after only 4 months of training. My finishing time was 2h56min. Now I have been training 3-10 hours of training every week since then for 2 years. My marathon pr has not become much better since then. I have found that my best distances are 1200 meter and ultra distance (above 70 km). It is so confusing.
I am muscular in my upper body and got chicken-legs. So maybe middle distance should be my best bet? The problem is that I got a lot of fast twitch fibers, but I am actn3 xx. That means my fast twitch are working more like slow twitch.
