What do you want to know?
I have run it 4 times - the first three (2007-2009) and 2013. The 2013 one was a logistical nightmare and have not run it since. The field was much bigger than the previous years and they were not prepared - hopefully they don't have as many logistical issues any more.
Pretty sure the above poster was making a Rossi joke but yes I would try to get there early. In 2013 I sat on the off ramp from 78 for an hour (less than a half a mile from the start) and ended up starting 5 minutes after the gun - all because of mishandled event traffic (again hopefully they have that sorted out by now).
The course can be pretty fast but can also be warm. A lot of it is on a canal path which is not always the greatest surface to run on. It can get lonely in the later miles especially like 13-20.
Most of the canal parts are at least shady but some parts of the trailing the last few miles are out in the open and can be really sunny/hot.
It is really flat - I actually like the old course (2007-2008) cause it at least had one significant hill - but I do a lot of hilly running so most probably like the flatness of the newer course.
Sorry to ramble - what else do you want to know?
