For some odd reason, the post referencing this workout was deleted earlier today. We've all heard of his amazing 3x800 pre-rio workout (rumor has it at 4?). I was just told of the following pre-rio workout done exactly 2 weeks from Round 1:
8x400@ 51 with 4 minutes recovery
after 7 minutes recovery
This was reportedly done at 4500ft at UVU's track in Utah.
Considering the audience, I realize that some people here will snub their nose at this in some firm or fashion. However, if you've ever tried this workout, even at 58-60, it can be a rough one!
