I know I am running a major risk asking for legit advice on a letsrun message board, but here goes: Give me ideas for middle school XC workouts. I am hoping to find a few cool/creative/interesting workouts for kids for are totally new to the sport, probably don't like to run, but came out for the XC team. I am well versed in traditional workouts, HS and college primarily, so go for the more creative, a workout designed to be fun, yet effective at building aerobic capacity and getting kids in shape.
