First post! So I have been running off and on for years. What stops me is anterior pain in both shins and calf tightness in both legs. I went to a podiatrist and he gave me orthotics. These are not overuse injuries because it doesn't matter how long I have taken off. This has plagued me since at least high school. I have also tried the complete opposite of orthotics, minimalist shoes. Could this be a form issue?? Please help I really enjoy running (when there is no pain)!!!!!
