I understand that it's not Caster's decision to be born like this and she can't help it. However there does need to be a decision made on how to handle future situations like this. She is easily in WR as she just negative split a 1:55 race and hasn't even attempted to run hard the first 400m yet this year.
If her T levels are so high from having internalized testicles would the CAS ruling be different if they were descended? It doesn't make a difference in how they work, but it does create a difference in how people react to the situation.
My stance is she and any other females born with internalized testes have an advantage that no amount of clean training can overcome. There would never be a time we would allow a male compete at the Olympics on the women's team without going through hormonal treatment so why can't Caster and etc be treated the same? I'm all for her competing as a women if she goes back on to the hormonal treatment that she was on previously.
