Averaged about 6:10 for all of the hard portions
The rest was supposed to be equal, but it ended up being a bit long, no worries though.
Fartlek**: 1, 2, 3, 4, 1 - Right around 5k pace (5:25)
Averaged 5:25 pace for the first 4 intervals, and 4:20 pace for the last minute
The rest was equal to what the previous rep was.
This was a high mileage week, on 6 days, which is awesome.
