Hello everyone. Today I have made a concious decision to give my 100% towards running a 15:15 5k in my cross country season. I am entering my senior cross country season in high school and have already broken 16 last year. This summer I have been putting in around 40-55 miles per week but not giving it my all. Everyday I will post on this thread and some of you will be shocked to see what I am doing to accomplish my goal. I'm giving it my all..follow my journey. I will post later tonight after I run and such. Any advice, criticism, or support you can post as well here. 15:15 lets do this.
