I'm delivering a workshop for a group of largely non-runners. I plan to cover stuff like running philosophies, injury management, training periodization and planning, etc.
I intend to leave the participants with some reference materials and tools.
Are there any links to good training and racing calculators? Ie putting in your pr goal and determining workouts based on %/effort?
Any other good resources (online, excel, etc) please advise.
I have a personal training system which includes everything you asked.
And is online, for free.
However, I need to put everything together and should be ready in a few days.

The limitation is that people don't have the option to choose different training methods other than mine.
I'll be glad to make it ready for them and it would be a great occasion for me to have some feedback on it.
