They said first exchange was too early. Replay seems to show the hand going back before the line but the baton in the hand at the line. I'm guessing the DQ doesn't stand after a protest.

Forget the DQ, there is a much bigger issue here ... we just lost to Japan in something that does not involve making sushi, doing math, building cars / subway systems, or gaming.

The order was retarded. We had our 100m silver medalist (who cares if he is clean or dirty) running 2nd and some kid who looks like he is 16 years old and on the JV sprints team anchoring against the greatest sprinter ever??? Who does that?
