Does how she ran her 5K semi this morning prove she's doping, just one of the dumbest racers of our generation, or both?

She's not doping, her doping is Jesus.
Dopers have a hard time holding back. Look at Ramzi and his 3:32 heat in '08. Look at Bolt. Look at Dibaba.
But yeah, obvious cheat. Embarrassing.
Look at Paula.
What? 15:04 is just a tempo run for a 29-low 10ker.
Imagining a crucifix with JC hanging off a syringe. This girl is edgy!

She ran 15:04. She can literally run a full minute faster. Not her fault there's no strength in depth in women's sport. So she got a nice training session instead of wasting a day.
It's the same as Rupp running a 13:40. Just a nice stretch of the legs.

Rupp cannot run literally a full minute faster than 13:40.
I love Ayana. I was hoping she'd blast an OR in the Semi like Dibaba closing in 57.
yeah it was even easier than that for Ayana. like a 14 flat for Rupp
This race means nothing
Idiotic question.
You Americans who question every winning performance by a non American is growing old.
She ran a faster split on her 10k, this is a walk in the park at that level of fitness.
Is it an idiotic question? Why would anyone take off half way through a preliminary heat of a 5K four days after smashing a world record in the 10K when they can save themselves for the final? There is no doubt a 15 minute 5k is not difficult for Ayana but that's not the point of the original post.
At the very least, like the OP asked, this is stupid racing.
And who is to say the OP is American anyway?
It was too slow and she didn't want to get spiked. Obvious really. Like another poster said, just a tempo run for her.
that's right it was too slow.she was using too much energy. the faster she goes the less energy. (jon orange convert)
They went through 1000m in 3:07.59 (15:35 pace) and it slowed a bit, this is when Ayana moved, but she clocked the 2000m split in 6:13.32 (3:06/15:29) and then threw down a 2:53.3 for 300m split (2:53/14:25) and then 3:00.24 (14:59) and then 2:57 for the final 1000m.
Ayana ran an 8:50 over the last 3000m. It's not a big deal at all. She has gone sub 8:25 three times in last year and a half.

Who says I am an American, you dumb Limey?
Maybe she was late for an appointment.
Yes it was a stupid question/accusation and you know it.
How about admire the fact she is a superior athlete instead of making an unsubstantiated accusation.
Can you identify in my post where I made an unsubstantiated accusation?
I asked why an athlete who just ran a balls to the wall 10K four days ago would take off 2K into a preliminary heat in a 5K when they just as easily, and more wisely, could have waited until the last 200M of the race to take control.
She put in more effort this morning than she needed to to qualify. That is stupid racing. Period.
