I'm sorry Clayton, thought the kid was a fluke, guess not...
yell about the Kenyans being dirty and then Murphy drops 8 seconds in two years for a olympic medal and we're suppose to act like he's the second coming?
nope. not a chance.
I didn't believe. He showed me.

Really? Love the understanding for Clayton's accomplishment! Good thing he's not from Kenya or Ethiopia or we know what would be said.

The Kenyans have had 2 coaches sent home already had a controversial year in terms of PED busts. What has happened at Akron that suggests he would even be able to get PEDs.

What has happened at Akron? A 1:54 high schooler just ran 1:42 for a silver medal. That's what's happened. I'm not convinced.
I'm beyond delighted that the doper Berian got dead last and lost to Murphy by 40 meters. He got crushed. Berian must have laid off the dope or something. Either way I'm beyond delighted he got crushed.
I was hoping for some talk about Rudisha being the greatest of all time. Him and Bolt will go down as the best pound for pound track athletes in history. No debate can be made anymore.
If he got the 1500 standard (that he missed by .03) would he have just run the 1500 at the trials?

Living on a pig farm outside a town the size of a strip mall running 20-25 miles per week. 4:12/1:54 in this situation shows a lot of potential.

yes
Is this the thread where Murphy will come to apologize for doping?

You are either trolling or a piece of garbage.
Fickle sport. Murphy was lucky to get out of his heat on time has a great semi and a super final to win a medal at age 21. Awesome.

What's the allowable number of seconds allowed for someone to improve and not be suspected of doping?

Time is not the determining factor. It's where you come from and what you look like. If you look like the majority of posters on this board and live relatively close to them, you are more likely to be clean - that's just how it works.
