I like Asics the best.
I had a pair of gel lyte 33's 4 years ago that were awesome but gave me achilles problems because they had too much gel cushion.
No to Nike typically, they don't work with my feet.
Thanks in advance.

They are too heavy, have too much cushion, and not enough traction.
Thanks, I never thought of using track spikes to run 20 miles of road on, but it's a brilliant idea.
Ask Jason Rexing.
i do it when it's hot out, 95 and above, the asphalt is softer
Any legitimate responses?
Brooks Launch are the best shoe since the Nike Columbia.
The Asics DS Trainer series is the best.
I like NB Fresh Foam Zante
Brooks Launch.
I also still have the 33s. Both fit fine on me, same size.

Those Launches look sweet, hopefully they work well too. I'll take your word for it
nike free 3.0 flyknit... nobody ever listens but they are fantastic and last forever (800 miles on my last pair)
Some classic neutral trainers are saucony rides, saucony kinvaras, and brooks ghosts. However, kinvaras are pretty soft I believe
I second the Brooks Launch. Original version still the best if you can find it. Current version still very good but slightly heavier and seemingly higher heel drop than the original.
Liked the NB 890 a lot too but they just discontinued it. You can still find some models but why bother if you're looking for a new model long term.
Brooks Launch

Saucony guide series, they got better every shoe and kept me out of long term injuries. Pretty light for how much cushioning it has as well.
Hoka Clayton. Launch and Ghost are good too.
Adidas Glide, Boston and Ultra.
Adidas Supernova Classic (long gone), Adidas Boston Boost 5 and Brooks Racer ST 5
Any comfortable flats will do.
