I've been running 30mpw for the past month, but more specifically this stuff this past week (just an example of training)
8mi at ~7:40 on Monday
5mi at ~8:00 on Tuesday
1mi warmup 3 miles on a track alternating 150m at 4:30 pace and 250m recovery at 7:00 pace then 1 mile cooldown.
I just got my wisdom teeth out today. What time do you think I can run a 5k in 9 days from now?
