I need your advise! I was sidelined a calf strain in February of 2015 -- the diagnoses was a mild to grade 2. I healed it and was able to run in july of 2015, but I did too much too soon. My calf just felt tight and I knew I over did it. I have not experienced in any pain, and I have had no bruising with either injury.
I have been to many doctors, took many "rest weeks", tried arrosti, graston, trigger point therapy, physical therapy, and dry needling all of which did not work. I am now getting ultrasounds everyday is the area. Many docs have told me that they would find it odd if it was still torn from a year ago; maybe extra tight scar tissue?
My symptoms as of now are just tightness. My calf always feel too tight is the area of injury. I miss running so much. What is your advice? Any will do. Please!
