I ran a race today and I have been running a lot more than I usually do over the summer but I didn't really do as well as I planed I wanted a sub 19 but I ended up running a 19:39 the heat was awful it was 95 degrees and humid they had water stations set up every mile. I don't know if I should let this race discourage me or if I should right it off to the weather conditions. My goal is a sub 18 buy the end of season.
