Looking good for team GB in the 5.
Must be hard for letsrun to see Mo front running.

Front running is something Mo is incapable of against real runners.
Classic LRC whiny BS. Simultaneously claiming that Mo is impossibly fast and therefore doping, while also claiming he's not that fast and would lose a race against "real runners."

When has Mo been the front runner for the majority of every Championship/olympic race ??
I'm not a fan of the guy I admit that, but today he did an incredible performance.
Yes of course there will be some guys with the old argument that Bekele was beating 12:4x guys in his time, but I liked the atittude of Mo today:
no BS mind games, pushed the pace when the pacers got out, got a new world lead and overrall a great performance. It's not his fault that those guys couldn't go with him. Even if some of them ran sub 12:50 some 4 years ago.
The Kenyans and Ethiopians will have their hands full in Rio, and most likely won't beat him unless some guy can front run 12:45, or someone purposely trips Farah.

Indeed. I wonder how much Ryan Hill enjoyed that "slow Mo show"
I've gained respect for Mo and Rupp this year. Granted, Mo knew there was no real competition for him in this race but that was a really strong run in the heat.
Nice show he put on today. I hope he does it in Rio to see if anyone can hang with him.

Unlike you, he seems to understand how they determine the winner of these events.

No. The field fell back at 13:05 pace.
