If its a muslim with a case, it will surely soon be boom in your face
3/10, you didn't pick up on the nuance.

If the shooter's an American,
we'll blame the NRA again.

If the shooter's a Brit, his aim will be not very good
If terrorism's in the news you must blame the jews

if it's a Mossad or CIA asset, we will not hear a single word about that.

Even when nobody blamed the Jews, they must be portrayed as the victims. Always.
CNN is trying to spin it now saying it could be a" right wing terrorist." Or a lone nutcase. Can't say Muslim terrorist.

Best and most realistic answer in the thread. You know who's trying to destroy the West. So many things are connected. And so many people refuse to open their eyes because they're still comfortable as some put it.
He'll still be a jerky.

Liar
Mainstream Media would be rejoicing if (1/000,000 of a chance) the shooter is non-Muslim.
Probably. I think the media is getting tired of these things becoming a worn out cliche.
It's interesting however to notice that several recent attackers (the Nice attacker and Orlando shooter come to mind) were for all practical purposes non-Muslim but were of middle eastern/north african origin and still islamic state inspired. By not Muslim I mean they didn't pray, didn't go to mosque, drank alcohol, ate pork, etc. So in everyday life they didn't give a fig about Islam but somehow were still inspired by the popularity of mass killings which seem to have become a cultural meme of sorts. I won't pretend to know exactly what's going on here, but clearly there's more to it than just religion gone haywire.
So many people are craving an easy to understand black and white narrative where Muslims = bad guys. But if you want to actually solve this problem you have to have the intellectual fortitude to understand nuance. Fail to understand this problem intelligently from all angles and you will simply turn thousands against you and create more enemies than you started with.
Muhammad Atta and the other guys on 9/11, from what I recall, frequently went to strip clubs and drank and everything else. I think for many Muslims they are maybe ostensibly strict adherents to Islam but in private like to have a good time.

If the shooter is white he must be mentally ill and CAN NOT be motivated by his religion (i.e. Christianity).
If the shooter is brown and / or middle eastern then he CAN NOT be mentally ill and must be either 1) a Islamic extremist 2) hate white people 3) be a thug.
That might be connected/actually a motive though - if you die a martyr ie killing infidels your past sins are eliminated for the purposes of the afterlife. There's probably a level of belief where you drop off in your actions and then come back with renewed zeal and have to prepare for the afterlife
This. For muslims, martyrdom absolves ALL past sins and assures the afterlife. Perfect redemption for young males who can't stay on the daily path but are looking for the "Hail Mary" into the arms of all the awaiting virgins.
