Today, I ran 4x1200, with 3 mins jog rest, in 3:45. It was not comfortable, and i could not do another, but i was consistent on all 4 - 3:46,46,45,45.
Last week, i ran 51:57 for 15K.
I have a flat, fast, competitive 5k in 3 weeks.

Back in xc i did stuff like
5x1200 around 3:50 and closed in 3:38 with 400m jogging recovery
20x400 72 avg with like 20 seconds between each, a minute between 5 and 3 minutes in the middle
and i ran 16:15. I suppose its possible
I've run 50:20 for 15k & my 5k PR is 16:11.

Yeah there's something wrong there.
17 min 5k + 17 min 5k + 16 min 5k
16:45 5k + 16:45 5k + 16:30 5k
Either your mile is 5:00 or you could have run more like 15:30 for 5k

I doubt you're in sub 16 shape, although that's totally dependent on how hard you run workouts and if you really couldn't have done another in 3:46ish.
Hmmmmm. Gonna be close. But I say yes. If weather cooperates, and you nail your nutrition and hydration.
