It is very low key but the 2nd pacer held on for 600m. That's pretty impressive for such a low key setup.

On a side note, surely he is unsteady on the start line. This is the second meet in a row he's been doing the stupid rocking motion while in the set position. He missed the start in his race in France because of it and still ran 1:44.40

Yes, he never tested positive...but...It was clear with ARD doping investigation (on Russians) that with the right resources, testing can be and has been circumvented, for example: with athletes getting advance notice of supposedly random tests, or through the manipulation of the biological passport, or samples destroyed, or IAAF bribery.

Jakir confessed on here quite some time back.
Just testing himself after his latest batch of drugs I'm sure. This guy is as dirty as they come. He won't pull a double at the Olympics though. Remember, his MO is to tape up his leg and fake injury in the 800m, then magically reemerge to win gold in the 1500m a day or two later.
