I don't just want to hear about what is ideal, I also want to hear what people actually run.

especially on pages 2 & 3,
I now need to evaluate my long run pace, because such starkly conflicting assertions have been presented.
I saw one guy say 60% of max., another say 67% of max., and one guy who said 90% adamantly multiple times. So what do the pros do, what do D1 guys do, what does everybody else do, and what should all of us be doing?
