Looking for some advice here. Just moved to the East Bay and was hoping to get some insight on track clubs in the area.
I am a mid 15s 5k guy and would like to join a club that meets regularly and has a pretty competitive team.

I think some west Valley guys might meet at Cal sometimes. Google them and send an email to magda. If she isn't meeting out there anymore, she will at least know who might be in the east bay for you to link up with.

+1 for Pamakids. Just google "Frisco running clubs" and you'll get a bunch of great leads bro.
Check out "A Runner's Mind," store in Burlingame or SF.
They have some clubs/groups on the pen.
Alice Baker is with Salomon out there and has a run club going...she keeps it trill
PAMAKIDS is one of the oldest running clubs in 'The City.'
It stands for Pa, Ma and the Kids. (For those of you who may be interested in a little history.)
The Excelsior Track Club is (or was years ago) a more competitive club.
There used to be a lot of running clubs. Greater San Francisco, the Aggies, Camino West, West Valley TC, Tamalpa, West Valley Joggers & Striders, Pamakids, Excelsior....
Check out Strawberry Canyon Track Club in Berkeley.
You should start your own club with the name of Frisco Track Club. Recruit from LRC.
Ah, the East Bay--the place I love to hate, and hate to love. Alas, I'm there 5 days a week now. ... Clubs: check out what former Aggie and UCSB alumni JT Service is doing in the South Bay. He's got some great races going, and I think he organizes clubs under the "Run Local" brand.
Also, search the boards for good places to train. Lots of info on here.

She is also QT3.14 A.F.
It took me a little to figure this out, but yes, I concur.

If you're in the East Bay, you definitely want Strawberry Canyon TC. They train at Cal's track. There's no other group at that level in the East Bay. As a 15m 5k guy you'd have plenty of people in your range to train with (they have people who can run in the mid 14s)
If you are going to be in SF a lot for work, you could consider West Valley TC since they have a group that train at Kezar.
