I finished my last season of track as a collegiate athlete this year as I graduated college. Of course I will keep running, but my racing days have come to a close. I gave myself a month off and am now just starting to casually run again, but I feel so lost! Does anyone have any good advice on ways to stay fit/emotionally accept that your best fitness days are behind you? I was an 800 runner, so marathons are not very appealing to me. Any advice is helpful :)
