Any tips for racing a 10k on a hot day with high humidity? Totally not used to the temps I will be racing in, not sure if I should reduce my pace and by how much

How soon is the race? If you still have some time, you'll need to train in the highest humidity (usually just before dawn) and some in the warmest temps (mid to late afternoon). Wear more clothes (hat, short-sleeve tech shirt, sometimes even long-sleeve) than you will in the race.
During the race, pour water over your head at every aid station. You won't get much evaporative cooling, but the cool water will help just for a bit. Helps the mind, also.
