Assuming all paces stayed the same and I just wanted to increase mileage. Double? From 50 to 100?

Unless you want to be a slow 100 mpw runner, the volume isn't the end result.
I think people say you can run 2 sec faster per pound lost per mile. So if you run a pace at 8 min per mile now, lost the weight, you should then be able to run 7:20 pace at the same effort. Now, if you just wanted to run 8 pace now and it would be your below aerobic effort you could in theory probably double the mileage since it should be very easy to do. That's why very thin runners can run that mileage.
