"Organizers plan to expand the Series to two regional meets and one championship meet in 2017, and four regional meets and one championship meet in 2018."

Having 4 regional meets wouldn't make sense with just 4 teams... So, obviously there is going to be more teams in the years to come. What an opportunity for US T&F. Looks like a great chance for sub-elites to get travel, housing, and meals for free as they train with people on their level. Finally giving those B standard athletes good chances to reach their potentials.

Seriously what is going on with these vague releases? There will be a track series! It will have athletes! The athletes will be chosen! By someone! And then they will be on teams!

For all we know, the picks were made by one person. Or maybe the staff in the TrackTown office, including the janitor.

Are you sure they promised the athletes this level of training support?
