Take "legal" to mean what you want: anything from Over the Counter to Prescription Only. Are there any supplements out there that help? Or, are they all innedfective like EPO ;-), and we should all just stick to a balanced diet?

gotta mention folate and folic acid, both metabolites from stuff like beets/broccoli/some other veggies. they help make red blood cells.

i dont take these everyday but just sometimes.
Then a highly raw mostly fruits and veggies(veggies steamed or lightly boiled) with potatoes and quinua vegan diet.
Unfortunately, many studies on serrapeptase were poorly structured, with inadequate control groups. The most recent data suggests that serrapeptase is not a very effective supplement, as far as joint health and inflammation is concerned.

Yup but depending on the person it can be not that good or extremely good. Some ppl need to break some after run crap stored in tissues and stuff and this is perfect. Many supplements really depend on the person.
