If you dont know me, I'm just an avid runner and someone who barely gets injured, and since I have a month before XC I have plenty of time to recover lol if you don't know the workouts he did here they are(and i'm obviously not gonna go nearly as fast as he did but i'll do them at my own pace :) Tell me if I should record my journey as well!
Monday: 2 mile in 9:50(Again ill go way slower lol)+ 1 mile in 5:00+1200+800 in 2:30+400 in 64+ 2-3 200s in 31 and I have to run 5 miles in the morning.
Tuesday:Speed session(200s,300s,100,) + 5 miles in the morning
Wednesday: 50x400's in 69 with 1 min rest(Ill go slower same rest) + 5 mile in the morning
Thursday: 18x800s(Don't know how fast) + 5 miles morning
Friday: Fartlek on track + 5 miles
Sat: Race
Sunday: 10 miles in 64min(Again ill go slower.)
